       A studio trained photographer with over 20 years of photojournalism experience at The Orange County Register, Mr. Koon has a wide range of news, artistic, and technical skills that have enabled him to produce several media award-winning pieces.

  Supplementing his daily newspaper work is a myriad of freelancing projects for clients in the Performing Arts, Commercial, Editorial, Advertising, Event and Studio Photography fields.

   Mr. Koon has a bachelor’s degree in Photo-Communications from California State University, Fullerton.and is the Director of Photography and business partner of Fotonovela Productions, a new unique photography driven communications business specializing in advertising, community outreach and employee education.
